Joseph Mellusi II, CEO
Mr. Mellusi has over 20 years of experience in the securities industry. Before starting First Colonial Group, he was a senior partner at Maxim Group, a mid-tiered investment bank headquartered in NYC. Prior to that, Mr. Mellusi was a partner with First Republic Group. He was responsible for building the firm from his contacts on Wall Street. Mr. Mellusi began his career with Gruntal and Co. in 1991. Four years later, he joined Nichols Safina & Lerner as a senior partner where he managed a clientele of high net worth investors and was instrumental in the company’s investment banking. Mr. Mellusi graduated from Stonehill College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Management. He currently holds Series 7, 24, and 63 licenses.
